The process begins when the customer submits a detailed inquiry, outlining specific product requirements such as design, specifications, quantity, materials, and any additional customization needs. Clear communication at this stage ensures alignment on expectations.

Customized Quotation

Based on the provided requirements, we prepare a tailored quotation that includes product pricing, estimated delivery timelines, payment terms (e.g., deposit ratio, balance payment deadlines), and logistics options. This step ensures transparency and allows the customer to evaluate feasibility.

Order Confirmation & Contract Finalization

Our team begins manufacturing the product according to the approved specifications. Throughout the production phase, we provide regular updates, including photos or videos, to keep the customer informed about progress and address any adjustments promptly.

Quality Assurance & Shipping Arrangements

After production, rigorous quality inspections are conducted to ensure the goods meet all agreed standards. Once approved, we coordinate shipping logistics (sea, air, or express) based on the customer’s priorities, providing tracking details and necessary export documentation.

Smooth Customs Clearance & Final Delivery

Upon arrival in the destination country, the customer or their designated agent handles customs clearance using the provided documents.
